1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of auto accessories, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed accessories

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Custom-fit accessories once installed

  • Electrical components with tampered packaging


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email info@autoedgeaccessories.store within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos or a short video of the issue

  • Once verified, we will offer replacement or refund at no extra cost.


4. Refund Methods

  • EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Refund within 5–7 working days

  • COD Orders: Refund issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash

  • Refunds will be made to the original payer only


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from AutoEdge (defect, wrong item), we cover shipping.

  • If returned for personal reasons (change of mind), customer covers shipping.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the desired item is in stock.

  • If not, customers may choose a refund or select a product of equal value.


7. Product Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after approval.

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
